Sticker picker doesn't work for some users #11

When I log in as the main user (that is the only admin) I can use the stickers, but when I log in as any other user, I get this error on Android devices whenever I try to access the sticker widget. In the Windows desktop app, nothing happens (I see the same log in the console as mentioned here: https://github.com/vector-im/riot-web/issues/6853 )

Hi @JasonGitly - can you advise which version of Riot you're using, and where it is hosted? And are you using matrix.org accounts or a different homeserver?

@lampholder Hi, It's version 0.8.12 for android. For Matrix I'm using a personal VPS hosted in the US. Update: I used the Windows desktop version of Riot to add all the stickers and now they are usable on android devices.

I am currently experiencing this issue as well. I was able to utilize the instructions in this comment to clear things out but adding a sticker pack again results in a 403 Forbidden.

I am using Elements 1.7.14 and Synapse 1.23.0.

I believe this is probably federation issues, but the time has long since passed.
