If error received from backend when viewing sticker-picker; ugly 503 error is shown; error is not retried #12

Description

Sticker picker does not retry if recieves a 503 error from the backend when loading the iframe.

Error page does not look styled correctly.

Steps to reproduce

Restart backend or otherwise cause an error.
Open stickerpicker, see 503 error page (image)
Close and open sticker picker; try clicking through other rooms and come back.
No refesh happens - 503 error page remains.

Describe how what happens differs from what you expected.

Sticker picker should look pretty and gracefully reload.
