Show the old URL of the RSS Bot for easier Migration #43

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Now i have to search for the RSS Links which I added, because i didn't found a way to get the old links.

Describe the solution you'd like Print out in the deprecated message what the old links are

Describe alternatives you've considered Getting somewhere the old links

If you ever get there (a whole other problem, see https://github.com/vector-im/element-integration-manager/issues/45) the URL should be visible
