Community support room for integration manager and it's bots #49

It would be useful to have a support Matrix room for the bots and other integrations in the integration menu.

We have been discussing issues with the Feeds bot at #neb:matrix.org but it's not the right room for it. Github does not fill the need for proper real-time community support room.
