Can't add more stickers after adding Kongi stickers

Description

On the desktop and web verison of element, I added the Kongi stickers. I can no longer add anymore stickers. I can't close these ones, the X button does not do anything. The X button worked for the other stickers.

Steps to reproduce

Use integrations to add Kongi stickers Try to press the X button, it does not work. For the web app:

Element version: 1.7.23 for the Desktop, but it affects the web version as well.

Can confirm. I observe the same behaviour. I can "delete" other sticker packs by pressing the x, but nothing happens when I try to remove Kongi.

Element version: 1.7.24.

At least it seems that if you remove all stickers via the 3dot menu, you can add them back in.

Interestingly if I already have other stickers enabled I'm unable to add Kongi's pack. It always sets itself back to disabled.
