No notifications on iOS #4078

Describe the bug I am not getting notifications anymore.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Get a message

Expected behavior Get notifications as I used to.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

Additional context Notifications used to work. I am also not getting notifications on element desktop. I do have notifications enabled in the settings.

Strangely I get notifications again when I enable notifications in fluffy. I did not expect the apps to interact this much. This seems to be a UX issue.

Ok. This means your notifications got disabled at the account level. It can be done by any matrix client. Do you know what could explain that? You could have probably fixed it within the app in the notification settings.

Yes, I believe I fixed it by changing the settings. I have to say, though, that the UI wasn't very clear. Do you have an issue to track UX issues with the notifications UI? I was also hoping to disable notifications for one app but not all clients.

I'm seeing this problem as well.

No notifications at all on iOS, for both when the phone is locked, and when it's unlocked with screen on on the home screen.

I have just sent a rageshake about that, after a message that was sent 30 seconds later not appearing.
