In 1.3.5, it can be impossible to send a message in an e2ee room.

"Can be"? What's some more context around this issue? What errors are displayed?

^ This isn't only for the sake of a proper issue tracker, but also that users can find similar issues and not file duplicates, likewise for issues that actually aren't related, the extra error info differentiates them.
