Media picker: Support video capture

Waiting for video capture mode UI:

• an icon to switch between photo/video
• Record/Stop button
• Video indicators for movies in the library

Another UI design issue: Switching camera button and exit button are not very visible. A shame because it's beautiful but makes it harder to use. Nead an alternative design

Ben: we were originally thinking that press and hold would take video and single tap would take a photo in the live camera view.

We agree. To sum up, we need the following icons:

• video capture control
• Video indicators for movies in the library

The last missing point here is the main icon displayed during video capture.
