Fix capitalisation in room settings panel #5794

What did you expect

Consistent capitalisation in room details

What happened instead?

Room Photo, Room Name, Direct Chat are capitalised US style, while everything else is GB style (only first letter is capitalised). Given that we use en_GB as default, these should be updated to be Room photo, Room name and Direct chat ima_d5a6eb2

I'd be cautious referring to it as US or GB style as it's not a language or copy issue. However, we should use "Sentence case" at Element and not "Title case" so exactly as @kittykat has mentioned, let's go ahead and update the copy to be consistent where only the first letter of the first word of each title or sentence is capitalised.
