"Sign out of X sessions" and "Sign out of all other sessions" is incorrectly shown when doing OIDC aware MSC3824 #7672

These menu options should not be visible when talking to an OIDC enabled homeserver.

This should have been done as part of https://github.com/vector-im/element-ios/issues/7646.
