Cannot share images with iOS share button #7679

Steps to reproduce

  1. Take a screenshot.
  2. Tap on a screenshot and press "share" button.
  3. Element app is not on the list of applications.

Outcome

What did you expect?

I expect to see Element share extension and be able to pass the photo to one of the contacts.

What happened instead?

It is not displaying in this list (photo from the internet, but you get an idea):

This is a regression that happened few months ago. Cannot give a proper estimate unfortunately.

Closing the issue since we have decided to drop support for the share extension
