Opening matrix.to link to a thread sends messages to the parent thread's channel instead of thread until app restart #7698

Steps to reproduce

create a thread
send link to thread in chat
open element ios & click link to thread
send message in thread

Stays in effect until app is fully restarted/force-quit
Navigating to another thread using thread list doesn't fix issue

What did you expect?

Message sent in thread channel to be sent to thread

What happened instead?

Message sent in thread channel send to parent room's channel
