need a help button in the app which redirects to the riot help room #1134

Considering the help room was abandoned, it might make sense to send the user to the riot-bot room (creating if required) and auto-sending "help" in that room.

I would argue there should be many options in the "help" button, not just go to github and search if the issue is already reported and if not go and create issue.

in the "help" button there should be options like: -faq -link to open issues in github -link to the chatbot for restarting the guide we already have -other info relative to "help"

Not familiar with the help room but #riot-web:matrix.org would be a place to get help so it should probably be linked there
