Support summary/details tags #2033

Your use case

What would you like to do?

I would like Element to support the summary/details tags.

Why would you like to do it?

Some users and multiple bots such as Maubot version bot or Draupnir use details/summary to make longer texts easier to access on mobile without it covering multiple screenfulls.

How would you like to achieve it?

The same as on web browsers, e.g. the previous link.

Have you considered any alternatives?

I cannot think of any alternatives.

Additional context

I am seeing the issue on:

I haven't tested Element Web, but would like to see support there should I use it.

Its also a suggested tag to support by the spec https://spec.matrix.org/v1.8/client-server-api/#mroommessage-msgtypes

I forgot to provide screenshots of Element X Android and iOS that I had at hand.

The Android version of ElementX (two first screenshots) results in data loss which should possibly considered as a priority.
