Your use case

What would you like to do?

I want to enhance video calls with special effects, animations and graphics.

Why would you like to do it?

Video calls are correctly plain. When doing online events, VFX, SFX, will enhance user experience.

How would you like to achieve it?

As a simple feature in many matrix clients.

Have you considered any alternatives?

Additional context

One need to look at online video chat as an experience or online event than plain simple chat.

This can include chat integration from 3rd party destinations like FB, YT and the ability to show them on screen.

Also this might need some upstream support in Jitsi which might need coordination with them.
