As a user I want to be notified on incoming call even if the notifications are disabled inside the app, so that even if notifications are disabled, I can still be alerted when an incoming call is happening
On Android the user still have the ability to stop being notified on incoming call by going to the system setting of the application (Android 8 and more, we ignore older platforms), so there is no need to add an internal setting.
