In the Element-web there is a settings window where users can manage their preferences. Under the Settings: Security & Privacy category there is a place where ignored users are listed. Currently it is not possible to manually add the users to the list via this window. Please add a way to do so i.e. a textbox where the user can enter someone's username and an Add button that adds the given username to the ignore list. It is currently only possible to unignore users.
Have you considered any alternatives?
It is possible to ignore a certain user by clicking their name and choosing "Ignore" option in the right-side panel.
It is also possible to add them by using the /ignore command.
It is not possible to do it in the settings window.
