Sticker picker doesn't remount when the scalar token changes #10499

It's a persistent widget that uses the old token until the user forcefully refreshes their browser

I believe this is causing Riot to continue to make calls to scalar endpoints even if I haven't agreed to the new terms:

The integration manager setting and sticker picker are completely independent things. It's 100% valid and appropriate to have dimension as your integration manager and scalar as your sticker picker.

Also note that you would have agreed to scalar's terms if you're using dimension.t2bot.io
