Reject inbound 3pid invites rather than ignoring them #1134

The ability for guests to explicitly reject rather than ignore 3PID invites is a bit of an edge case and not a huge priority right now, imo. As long as the inviter can remove them from the room after they get bored and give up.

I am the inviter but I'm not able to reject a erroneous invitation.

If you have the PL to invite a user, you will find a button to uninvite when you click on the invited member.
