Update instructions for CSS based themes in theming.md #16804

I don't think src/skins/vector/css/themes/dark.scss is the correct path.

I came across this Issue in the process of trying to figure out something else, and FYI the SCSS files are now located in matrix-react-sdk/res/css and matrix-react-sdk/res/themes. All of the theming code seems to have moved from element-web to matrix-react-sdk in April 2016. The main README.md in matrix-react-sdk also includes dead links to element-web like the ones you’re referencing here, so it should be updated, too. That README.md as well as matrix-react-sdk/docs/skinning.md seem to provide slightly more up-to-date documentation.
