Align styled MXIDs to the right side of a dropdown list of users #17905

But with MXIDs similarly styled as in https://github.com/vector-im/element-web/issues/14825 and #16897

This would also consequently make the list a vertical one, as shown above, as i dont see it easily "scannable" otherwise.

It'd destroy density but it'd make it more readable
