It should be possible to autocomplete rooms that don't have aliases #17996

You can already type # to autocomplete rooms by their alias or name, but rooms that don't have aliases are not present in this list. Being able to autocomplete any room by its name would be useful to have, since as a user, I often find myself needing to reference such rooms, and also can't easily keep track of which rooms have aliases vs. which don't.

Do you think that that should include any room you know? or only rooms that're joinable by anyone?

I would like to see any room I know. For example, I have a couple of bridged Discord guilds whose channels are represented as private rooms in Matrix, and I frequently find myself wanting to reference them easily within the context of that guild.
