[IA] [Design] New Room header is not vertically "centered" / padding/margin isnt the same on top and bottom #19927

(This is a design bug)

As you can see, there's too much padding on the top side.

PopOS Linux, 21.04

Application version

Element version: 1.9.5 Olm version: 3.2.3

I'm pretty sure it was intentional, to align the room header with the user menu

It definitely feels odd to me, maybe some bottom padding needs to be added?

I honestly thought it was WIP CSS and planned to be centered at a point. +1 from me then
