Timelines allows one to scroll way too high #22147

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a thread with a few replies in it
  2. Scroll up
  3. Notice one can scroll up way back the first message. The more replies there are, the higher you can scroll!

Outcome

What did you expect?

Only to be able to scroll up just a hint past the -- Today -- date separator.

What happened instead?

I can scroll up reaaaaaally high.

Unrelated to threads, its due to how our infinite scrolling lists work and affects all timelines
