Replace plain text emoji automatically

this is not what you're showing a screenshot of. You're confusing two different things. The preference is about :) turning into 😄 - your screenshot is of autocomplete

I mean the Autocompletion when I make a ":" add a word to show up this Autocomplete Popup, this is missing currently
