Steps to reproduce
Click the theme selector in quick settings
Outcome
What did you expect?
Since there is only three items in this list I'd expect all three to be visible at one, not a menu I have to scroll.
What happened instead?
The theme menu/drop down in Element Web/Desktop quick settings has a scrollbar.
