Pinned messages containing confetti cause confetti every time the room is open with an unread message #28052

Steps to reproduce

When there's a room with unread messages and a pinned message that contains the confetti icon, the confetti screen decoration (where confetti falls across the screen) triggered every time

Outcome

What did you expect?

Not confetti every time I open the room (with an unread message in the room)

What happened instead?

Confetti...

@florianduros I haven't experienced this in some time... is it fixed or did we just work around it?
