unable to play the a video #3492

Steps to reproduce

  1. Send a video
  2. Click on the play thumbnail
  3. Wait for it to load
  4. Nothing happens

What did you expect?

That the video would play

What happened instead?

Nothing. I also can't open the setting icon (⚙️) if that should do something
