Cancelling a call doesn't show up in the timeline on EXI. #2962

Steps to reproduce

  1. Start EC call
  2. Stop call
  3. Timeline says "Call started", with no CTA or action if you tap on it. But in practice, the call has ended.

We need EC support to fix it.

bumping priority as a bug where the UI just plain lies (telling you there's a call happening when there isn't) is major imo
