Add configuration which images should be downloaded automatically

You might want to have the ability to disable automatic image loading to reduce data consumption.

I think it would be better to have a setting "picture loading" with three options:

• don't load images and stickers;
• load only images;
• load images and stickers.

Additionally you can tap on the message with image or sticker to load it.

Oh, sure.

There are too many options, so I suggest to have this setting with checkboxes:

• stickers;
• message images;
• preview images;
• profile avatars;
• room avatars;
• community pictures.

And each user can choose what should be autoloaded.
