[feature] riot contact integration #2951

It would be great if your matrix contacts could also be integrated into your android contacts to show shortcuts to message/call users directly from your contacts. This probably would require to have contact roaster in the first place #899

it should work similarly to how whatsapp currently does it, see e.g.: contact app showing shortcuts to email/phone/whatsapp

Possibly related: #2034

Together with using the IMPP:matrix:@user:server.xyz field of a vCard (or something equivalent) this would be great (#2034). Probably the contact permission option should be changed to something like 'upload contacts to identity server' in that case (or add this option).
