Waiting wheel keeps spinning when matrix.org is unreachable #3401

When matrix.org is unreachable (such as in a censored region), the waiting wheel will keep spinning until one cuts down the Internet completely. During this period, the app does not leave any chance to modify the server to a custom one.

I'm have the same issue. You can have a sleep and wait for the timeout. Then you will have a chance to modify the home server URL.
