Jitsi may not be torn down correctly when widget is removed.

Just had a worrying bug report:

• A instantiates a video conference in a room with B and C
• All 3 users join
• A then terminates the video conference and removes the widget
• The Jitsi disappears from view for B and C
• ...but they remain connected somehow on the conference, and cannot hang up.

Any workaround ?
