[Direct Message] Start chat with user whom multiple DM exists should give the choice of which room to reuse #705

When multiple DM rooms exists with a user, creating a new chat with this user should give a choice of which room to reuse. Currently the last room is opened. Related to https://github.com/vector-im/vector-ios/issues/749

Is that mechanism implemented on iOS?
