Default Ringtone is jarring, consider changing? #236

It seems there is no way to change the default ringtone for inbound calls on Riot Android or Riot Web, though there is a stale pull request for Riot Android.

In the interim, it would be a good idea to consider changing the default ringtone to something less jarring, as it hearkens back to the ear popping ringtone and ding of RedPhone. I think Riot can be more user friendly than that :P
