@AmandineLP is putting together some more sensibly-grouped/ordered settings. This will need to be implemented across Riots Web, iOS and Android.

For completeness - this isn't a complete reworking of the settings system; it is targeted at the smallest dev investment for the maximum impact, which we can achieve through simply restructuring what we have today.
