Improve Matrix.to #4

Summary Although Matrix.to is external to Element, we'd like to improve the utility and usability of the service to improve onboarding for Element & the wider Matrix ecosystem as a whole.

Intended Outcome Improve experience of sharing rooms from Element using Matrix.to. Improve Matrix.to to reduce friction for new users.

Further improvements are needed, so I'll leave this issue open for now.
