Support CBZ Files: ZIP format 1.0 with Compression Method 0 #2

kthoom needs to be able to read in CBZ files, which means ability to decode
a zip file: http://www.pkware.com/documents/casestudies/APPNOTE.TXT into memory

Modifying this bug to track support only of ZIP format 1.0 and Compression 
Method 0
(i.e. store only).  See Issue 4 for tracking ZIP format 2.0 and Compression 
Method 8
(DEFLATE).
