[ELE-392] Add model run results to the report dashboard's front page #689

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It's difficult from the elementary report to see if all dbt models executed correctly and passed if there aren't tests for them. It currently only shows table health based on tests, but if a model run failed the dashboard can be 100% green and you won't know a model didn't unless you go into Model Runs and search for it.

Describe the solution you'd like Either another circle diagram for model run passes/fails/warnings or another section below, similar to anomalies/freshness etc. Also a graph at the bottom similar to the others would be nice.

Describe alternatives you've considered Currently we have to go into the model runs, filter for failed runs and check each failed model run if it was the last attempt that failed or a previous one.
