Odd state (looks like an error state) after installing an uncurated app

What Happened

AppCenter view got corrupted after I installed ungoogled-chromium from AppCenter.

Expected Behavior

It should install.

~Once installed, I should get some sort of success message telling me that it’s installed and perhaps even helpfully prompting me to launch it.~ See: https://github.com/elementary/appcenter/issues/1455

Steps to Reproduce

1. Seach for chromium
2. Install ungoogled-chromium from AppCenter

I'm gonna consider this two separate issues, because either can be addressed regardless of the other. This issue primarily sounds like it is reporting the broken icons of apps in the list once an app is installed. I have opened https://github.com/elementary/appcenter/issues/1455 for the other bit.
