As a note, I believe this is what basically everyone uses, i.e. ESRB, Google Play, Apple App Store, Microsoft Store, PlayStation, Nintendo, etc.

It would be good to talk with Richard about how this overlaps with OARS as well. Perhaps IARC could add OARS as an export format or something so it could be easily translated for any store that uses OARS.
