Sometimes I just want to check out all the awesome projects people develop for elementaryOS, not looking for anything in particular. A way to have all curated apps displayed in a list would be good.

While it's not a complete solution to this issue and it's completely undocumented, you can search for com.github as all curated AppCenter apps have an ID that starts with this. Though this will be an alphabetically sorted list.
