Apps installed from the AppCenter don't appear unless searched for until reboot #490

What Happened

Some recently installed apps do not show up in the standard list but do show up when searched for.

Expected Behavior

Apps should show up in the list, without needing to search for them

Steps to Reproduce

Not entirely sure but this seems to be how it works

Files in these paths are fine /var/lib/flatpak/app /usr/share/applications

But files in the user path are ignored ~/.var/app

This is where AppCenter installs .desktop files so it's an issue.

After rebooting these apps also appear.
