Search doesn't match settings if keywords span multiple navigation steps

What Happened?

If you perform a search for a setting that includes words across multiple navigation steps, it doesn't return a result.

Steps to Reproduce

Open the applications menu and see that:

• "text size" returns no result
• "text" returns "desktop → text"
• "size" returns "desktop → text → size"

Expected Behavior

Searches like "text size" should return "desktop → text → size". This also applies to things like "dock size" or "mouse speed" or "account password"
