Incorrect shortcuts in a tooltip #546

What Happened?

Tooltip always shows "⌘ + Space" and "Alt + F2" shortcuts, however in Keyboard Settings "Applications Menu" shortcut is unset and using any of these two shortcuts does nothing

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Unset "Applications Menu" in System Settings
  2. Hover over Application Menu

Expected Behavior

Display only real shortcuts ("⌘" in my case)

7.x (Early Access)

Software Version

Latest release (I have run all updates)

After compiling Wingpanel from git, previous two shortcuts disappeared, but a new "Alt + F1" appeared. And again shortcut doesn't work
