Pull to refresh #335

It would be nice to pull the agenda view to refresh calendars

Related with #414 and that one is a higher priority as well, because puling to refresh is nice, but being able to refresh at all is much nicer ;)

Although I am not sure than pulling really fits with elementary, since there are not any existing mechanisms (to my knowledge) that do the same thing. Having said that, it could be cool to use in any future libhandy gestures.
