Requires https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/libhandy/merge_requests/317 first, so that it's possible to add/remove pages at the end of the animation.

That approach doesn't work when animations are disabled, so https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/libhandy/merge_requests/328

Also I found and fixed another bug, this needs to be merged first too: https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/libhandy/merge_requests/329

Both are merged, so just needs a release now.
