Add Calendar Subscription (WebCal) #700

Problem

I'd love to add a calendar subscription of a freely available web calendar to keep track of holidays in Switzerland. Unfortunately I'm not able to do so through the elementary Calendar interface.

The specific calendar I'm trying to add is https://www.webcal.guru/de-CH/kalender_herunterladen?calendar_instance_id=23 (no credentials needed).

Proposal

Add the possibility to create a "WebCal" using the elementary Calendars "Add New Calendar..." flow.

Prior Art (and workaround for the time being)

There is the possibility to add such a calendar subscription through Evolution > Edit > Accounts > Add > Calendar:
