Set default calendar to CalDAV

Problem

Currently, there is no option to change the default calendar. I do not use local calendars and would like to solely use my CalDAV calendars. However, even after un-selecting/disabling the local calendars via the settings, Calendar still uses the local calendar when creating new events.

Proposal

Under Calendar's settings, add a dropdown field where you can select the default calendar for new events, including all CalDAV calendars.

You can make any calendar the default when editing it from the calendars list in the main window. Just check the box that says "Set as default calendar." (Or whatever that wording is in English.)
