Duplicated items in "Find In Project Popover" #1418

What Happened?

Opened popover with a project open and started entering a query. Some of the results I got were duplicates.

Steps to Reproduce

Unable to reproduce, happens randomly.

Expected Behavior

No duplicated items

I suspect that there are changes to files that could be happening elsewhere (git, files app etc.) which could be causing this.

However, this problem should never occur again if the relative file paths stored in Scratch.Services.SearchProject are stored in a Set
